Halloween falls on a Saturday this year, so Paris gets a full weekend of costume nights, raves and boat parties. We checked the event pages on Shotgun, Dice and Resident Advisor on 28 October and ranked the five that are worth your night, counting down from five to one.
5. La Machine du Moulin Rouge: Fluid Halloween [Hard Edition]
Vibe: a hard, fast rave over four floors.
The night: Saturday 31 October, 23:59 to 06:00. Hardcore, schranz and fast techno with Belphë, In Furcht, Kotorri, Lolalita and Kimberlaid. Four levels: Central, La Chaufferie, Bar à Bulles and the rooftop.
Our thoughts: if you want to sweat in a costume until sunrise, this is the one. It is not the pick for a first Halloween out.
How to get in: the cheaper Shotgun tiers (€19.04 and €22.40) have sold out and the price is now €25.76. Buying ahead does not guarantee entry, so arrive early. 90 boulevard de Clichy, 18th.

4. La Mazette: La Grande Frousse (Halloween au Mazette)
Vibe: a Halloween party on a boat, easy and friendly.
The night: Saturday 31 October, doors at 18:00, 18+. Object-hunt games, a glitter make-up stand, a costume bar and a free shot if you come in costume. Mirai plays the rooftop from 19:00 to 22:00, then Aubry takes the main room from 22:00 to 01:00.
Our thoughts: the best early start in the city, and the only real free option.
How to get in: Dice lists it "from free". It is free from 18:00 to 22:00, then €10 in presale or €15 at the door. The barge is on the Seine opposite Gare d'Austerlitz: 69 Port de la Rapée, 12th.

3. Wanderlust: Flash Cocotte Halloween Edition 2026
Vibe: big, loud and queer-friendly, with several rooms.
The night: Saturday 31 October, 22:00 to 07:00. The party takes over Wanderlust and FVTVR: four spaces, four music styles, one ticket and 14 acts, including Bimini, Juliagressive, Kontronatura, La Maga and Tatiana Rider. The organisers promise a night that is "wild, furious and full of surprises".
Our thoughts: the most music for your money. Go if you like to move between rooms.

Vibe: a dark cellar, close and stylish.
The night: Friday 30 October, 23:00 to 06:00, with OMIZS, organised by Pamela Club and the OMIZS party. The club is a vaulted stone cellar in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, with alcoves and a smoking room.
Our thoughts: the best choice if you want to avoid the Saturday crowds.
How to get in: tickets are €15. A few presale tickets are on Shotgun and the rest are sold at the door. 62 rue Mazarine, 6th.

1. Silencio: Grand Deuil (Halloween Party + Afterparty)
Vibe: a mourning-themed night in David Lynch's club.
The night: Saturday 31 October, from 22:00 to noon on Sunday. The theme is mourning and masks are required. Horror karaoke "Jenna", hosted by Greg Kohler, starts at 22:00. Jenna Marvin plays live at 23:00, with food and décor by Apris. DJs: Fabrice Dayan, Sébastien Bouchet, Edouard and Emmanuel Caurel.
Our thoughts: this is the best Halloween in Paris this year: a real theme, a real programme and the most atmospheric room in the city. David Lynch designed the club, which is named after the club in Mulholland Drive.
How to get in: on Shotgun, entry before 23:00 starts from €30. Tickets for before 01:00 and for the whole night have sold out (there is a waiting list). The after-hours from 05:00 starts from €15. 142 rue Montmartre, 2nd.
