Terms & community rules
Last updated: 28 October 2026
By using Tessou you agree to these terms. Tessou is run by Elias Salim Jabbie. Contact: eliasjabbie5@gmail.com.
Who can use it
- You must be 18 or over.
- It's invite-only: you need an invite code, and each member gets a few to share. Only invite people you know.
- One account per person, signed in with your own Google account. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
Events and places
- Event and venue details (times, prices, dress codes, door policies) come from organisers, venues and public sources, and they change. Always check with the organiser before you go. We can't guarantee entry, prices or that an event happens.
- Team reviews are honest opinions from our team, not facts. We never sell reviews, and paying partners have no say over them.
- Sponsored events are always labelled “Sponsored”.
- Tickets are sold by other services (like Shotgun); their own terms apply to your purchase.
Community rules
These apply to everything you add: usernames, bios, notes, photos, place pictures, ratings and reviews.
- Nothing illegal, hateful, violent, sexual or harassing.
- No photos of other people without their permission, and no photos of minors.
- Don't share where someone else is, their personal details, or anything that could put them at risk.
- No fake reviews, spam, or promoting your own events without saying so.
- Don't try to break, scrape or overload the app, or get into parts you're not allowed into.
We can remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. To report a profile, review, photo, message or spot, use “Report” next to it (or ⋯ on a profile), or email eliasjabbie5@gmail.com. You can block anyone from their profile: you stop following each other and they can't message you or see your profile.
Your content
What you add stays yours. You let us store and show it inside Tessou so the app works (your notes and ratings are only visible to you; your map, reviews and the photos you choose to share are visible to other members, or only your followers if your profile is private). You can delete it, or your whole account, at any time.
The app itself
- Tessou is an early version. It's provided as it is, it may have bugs, and features may change or stop.
- We're not liable for losses from using it, as far as the law allows. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
- We may update these terms; we'll tell you in the app when something important changes.
- French law applies.
